So, you have gotten a little older and your body tends to complain more than it did before. The idea of gathering up your outdoor gear and finding an out of the way, remote location to camp in just doesn't seem to be as important as it was when you were younger, much younger. If you are hoping for a little less "roughing it," then consider staying at an RV park for your next excursion.
RV parks on the other hand have electric and water hookups and some of them have dump stations where you can empty you waste tank. Some also have showers, phone, cable or satellite TV and internet access.
Dog runs and playgrounds are common amenities that are big draws for parents, grandparents and animal lovers. Of course your children or pets should never be left to roam the park unattended. Swimming pools, coin laundries, game rooms and convenience stores are often found at RV parks.
If you have a long motor home or a towable RV, you may want to book a drive through site so that you don't have to back into the site.Rv parks can have good cash flow, without most of the traditional headaches of being a landlord. The downside? (Every investment has one.) The income can be variable and unpredictable.
